Telemedicine

Telemedicine is the use of technology to enable our providers to consult with their patients via video consultation remotely.

For your telemedicine consultation, you will need a camera enabled device such as:

• Smart Phone

• Camera Enabled Tablet

• Camera Enabled Laptop or Desktop

Instructions

1. You will receive an email from Zona Spine and Pain, three days before your scheduled appointment. The email will contain a link to join the telemedicine consultation along with your Meeting ID.

2. You will need to click on the link in your email, 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

3. This will connect you to the platform where you can conduct your telemedicine consultation

4. Please enter your full name when prompted.

5. You will then be taken to the Virtual Waiting Room where you will await the provider to start the consultation.
